My Bean Sprout Soy Sauce Ramen

I entered this into a soy sauce ramen competition.
I prefer "hard-boiled noodles," but I made these noodles without worrying about them softening. This really turned out to be a delicious and high-quality impromptu ramen. For 1 serving. Recipe by Ecchan

Steps
- 1
Soft boil the egg. Use the boiling water to blanch the bean sprouts.
- 2
If you want a simmered egg instead, then make a broth, crack on the egg and stir it in. Prepare the toppings.
- 3
Add water to a separate pot and heat on high until it reaches a boil then add the noodles.
- 4
Place the "special soup" into a ramen bowl.
- 5
After boiling the noodles, fill the bowl halfway with the soup and then halfway with the boiled noodle water.
- 6
Add in half the bean sprouts.
- 7
Add in the remaining boiled water.
- 8
Top with the remaining bean sprouts, and quickly add on the toppings.
