Having been born and raised in Murang'a is the best that happened to me. From a tender age u learn to cook while others go to the shamba. Njahi was part of our weekly meal. Today I spice it up to make sure it's more delicious that the days. Welcome to my food. IT'S GOOD TO NOTE THAT NJAHI IS VERY NUTRITIONS FOR BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS.
