I grew up eating this soup with starch. It's a Nigerian dish mainly cooked by the Urohbos in Delta state.
Steps

Start by boiling beef, chicken and stock fish till it is tender and set aside

Add the palm fruit puree in the stock you have made and let it boil for 10 mins
- 3
Then add the banga spices and let it simmer for 10 mins or more depending
- 4
Include your meat, chicken, assorted meat and simmer for another 5 min
- 5
Add your knorr cubes and crayfish (make sure you don't overdo it as your meat stock would already have some seasoning)

Allow to simmer for another 2 to 5 mins and your banga soup is ready
