Ingredients

  1. 1 cupEpsom salt
  2. 2 tbspbaking soda
  3. 2bags Peppermint tea

Steps

  1. 1

    In food processor add salt and baking soda

  2. 2

    Cut open both bags of tea and place loose tea in food processor

  3. 3

    Process in processor for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Use 2 tablespoons in warm water for foot soak or 1/3 cup in bath for complete body soak.
