Ingredients

  1. 2 handfulsokra washed and cut into small pieces
  2. 1big tomato
  3. Halfcup water
  4. Quater  teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  5. to tasteSalt

    Bring water to boil together with tomatoes,soda and salt

  2. 2

    Add okra and stir gradually until cooked

  3. 3

    Never leave the pot unattended to avoid spilling

  4. 4

    Serve with pap
