2 handfulsokra washed and cut into small pieces
1big tomato
Halfcup water
Quater teaspoon bicarbonate soda
to tasteSalt

Bring water to boil together with tomatoes,soda and salt
2

Add okra and stir gradually until cooked
3

Never leave the pot unattended to avoid spilling
4

Serve with pap
