1whole fried fish
Cooking oil
1 pinchsalt
1onion, chopped
3chopped tomatoes
1chopped capsicum
1 bunchdania

Stir fry onions with cooking oil till translucent.

Add tomatoes and chopped capsicum.

Add chopped Dania and salt.

Dip the fish and simmer for 10 mins

Remove from heat and serve with ugali
