  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 1 bunchdania

    Stir fry onions with cooking oil till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and chopped capsicum.

  3. 3

    Add chopped Dania and salt.

  4. 4

    Dip the fish and simmer for 10 mins

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and serve with ugali
