Boil eggs for 4minutes.it will be done and bring it down.

Parboil rice for 15minutes.d15minutes.drain wthe water and wash.

Wash and slice the vegetables.carrots,green peas

Peel and slice the plantain.add salt to it

Place a frying pan on heat,pour in the vegetable oil.onces is hot like after 2minutes.

Gradually put the plantain.fry for like 3minutes.

Select it out and place in a sieve for the oil to drain out.

Place a clean dry pot on heat.add vegetable oil when is hot add salt,curry,onion.fry for 30seconds

Add carrots and green peas.after 30seconds add 4cksp of rice.

Mix very well and allow on the heat for at least 5minutes.

Do it in batches till all the rice is ready.bon appetite
