Roast peanuts & Cashew nuts in a wok until brown. Remove it from gas. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a wok add curry leaves. Fry till crispy. Add poha, turmeric & salt. Mix well. Saute it. Roast it on slow flame for 10 minutes until crispy. Add peanuts, cashews, raisins & corn flakes. Mix all. Saute it for 4-5 minutes more on slow flame. Add red chilli powder. Mix well..

Namkeen is ready. Switch off gas. Let it cool on room temperature. Keep it in air tight jar.
