  1. 10beefsteak tomatoes
  2. 1olive oil
  3. 1 lbmozzarella cheese
  4. 1fresh basil leaves
  5. 2 ozcrumbled feta

  1. 1

    remove top and bottom of tomato so when cut in half they don't roll around

  2. 2

    cut tomatoes in half and arrange in a baking dish

  3. 3

    brush with olive oil

  4. 4

    put a sm slice of mozzarella on tomatoes

  5. 5

    put a lg basil leaf on top of that

  6. 6

    place a couple small crumbles of feta on top of that

  7. 7

    bake at 350 until tomatoes wilt a little and all cheese is melted.

  8. 8

    scarf down

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
