preheat oven to 350°F

sauté garlic and onion, then allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes

wash spinach, dry thoroughly

cut artichoke hearts into small pieces

mix artichokes, spinach, parmesan, mozzarella, onion, butter, sour cream, cream cheese and garlic together in bowl

move mixture to casserole dish

layer provolone slices on top

bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly

serve with your favorite crackers or corn chips
