  1. 1 lbground meat
  2. 1 tbspmustard
  3. 1 tbspketchup
  4. 1/4 cupbrown rice
  5. 1egg
  6. 1salt
  7. 1pepper
  8. 1green pepper sliced
  9. 24 ozpasta sauce/tomato soup

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. (I shake salt and pepper as desired, not measured.)

  2. 2

    Shape into 8 balls.

  3. 3

    Place balls in crockpot.

  4. 4

    Scatter sliced peppers over balls.

  5. 5

    Cover with sauce.

  6. 6

    Cook on high for 4 hours.
