Steps

Add Suji, curd & salt in a mixing bowl.

Add onion, tomatoes, green chillies, mixed herbs, oregano & salt in a bowl. Mix well.

Add baking soda in Suji batter. Mix properly.

Heat nonstick Tawa. Drizzle few drops of oil. Pour 2-3 ladle full of Suji batter. Spread in round. Flame should be slow. Cook it for 1-2 minute.

Once half cooked spread pizza sauce.

Sprinkle onion, tomato mix on pizza base.

Sprinkle cheese. Now cover pizza with lid. Cook it for 1-2 minute.

Once cooked transfer into dish. Cut into pieces with pizza cutter.

Serve hot pan pizza.
