Ingredients

  1. 2 cupfrozen fruit (mixed berries, strawberries, peaches etc..)
  2. 1/2 cupheavy cream (may use milk or low fat milk)
  3. 6 tbspsugar substitute (like Splenda)
  4. 1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
