60 gramssmoked salmon slices (two strips)
2 tbspcream cheese
1 tbspchopped corriander
4spinach leaves, chopped, remove stems
1 dashblack pepper
1 tsplemon juice

Lay both strips of salmon on plate. Spread cream cheese over each strip evenly.

Sprinkle corriander and spinach evenly over cheese

Add lemon juice and dash of pepper. Carefully role the salmon to make a pinwheel shape and enjoy
