Ingredients

  1. 4 smallboneless chicken thighs
  2. 1 packages(4oz) buffalo milk mozzarella ball, sliced
  3. 1beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
  4. 1/2 cupItalian dressing
  5. 1 tsppaprika
  6. 1salt to taste
  7. 1pepper to taste
  8. 1basil to garnish
  9. 2/3 cupbalsamic vinegar

  1. 1

    Place chicken in a Ziploc bag with Italian dressing and paprika, let marinate for at least 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  3. 3

    Reduce balsamic vinegar in pan on low to medium heat until it thickens to syrupy consistency

  4. 4

    Bake chicken for about 12 to 15 minutes until no longer pink inside

  5. 5

    Plate chicken first, topping it with the tomatoes, then milk mozzarella, then basil, and finish it with the balsamic reduction.

  6. 6

    Salt and pepper to taste

  7. 7
