Ingredients

1/3 cupmelted butter
1/2 cupsugar
1 largeegg
1 1/2 cupflour
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspnutmeg
1/2 cupmilk
Topping
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspcinnamon
1/2 cupmelted butter

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°

Stir all dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients to dry and stir till just combined but still a bit lumpy, DO NOT over mix.

Scoop into muffin tins sprayed with Pam.

Bake 20-25 minutes.

Cool slightly, dip tops of muffins into melted butter and then cinnamon sugar mixture.
