In a small pan stir fry dalia with ghee medium heat,till it turns brown colour.set aside.

In a heavy bottom pan over medium heat boil the milk,and heavy cream together.

Milk boil till thicker for about 45_55 minutes,stir continuously.

Add dalia and sugar mix well and cook for 25 more minutes and stirring continuously and clean the sides to avoid the milk build up.

Add cocoa powder and mix well.add cashew and badam stir continuously till milk has become like soft dough and burfi start leaving the sides of the pan and also burfi has start leaving the ghee.

Transfer the dhodha burfi in greased plate and set it.

Dhoda burfi is still warm cut them in about square pieces.

Sprinkles the silver balls over dhoda burfi and lightly press it.

Dhoda burfi is ready to serve when it is at room temperature.dhoda burfi will stay good for 2weeks at room temperature or refrigerator for 1month.
