Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

heat chicken broth. while u r heating the broth put stuffing mix in a bowl. .

  2. 2

add broth to bread crumbs... I use a carton so that I can add more is needed.

  3. 3

put in minced onion and celery. mix well..

  4. 4

add soup mix and the eggs...

  5. 5

cut 8 peices of butcher twine into 10" peices

  6. 6

I have a stainless steel sink... I put my pork chops in the sink and sprinkle with season salt, pepper, and garlic powder... go light on salt as there is salt in the dressing ..

  7. 7

I generally only do one side then roll them by hand until they are covered with the rub. I usually let mine sit for an hour. preheat your oven to 350°

  8. 8

put clear wrap over chop and pound to 1/2 inch thick... u could use pork tenderloins (which u don't need to pound) I WOULD NOT PUT BACON ON THESE...

  9. 9

put a small amount of stuffing on one end of the loin and roll tightly.

  10. 10

secure with butcher string.... I use 2 peices ..one on each end..

  11. 11

I use a weave pattern with the bacon to wrap my chops .. I put a wire rack in the bottom of my baking dish. I generally put 1 cup of water or apple juice.

  12. 12

I put aluminium foil tent over the pork chops for about 30 minutes ... uncover and allow to cook 15 more minutes... until Bacon gets golden...

  13. 13

I fix broccoli or green beans to go with this...

  14. 14

I ACTUAL USED A LOIN ROAST.... AND CUT IT DOWN THE MIDDLE AND STUFF IT... WRAP IT WOVEN BACON....
