Steps

Boil potatoes till soft.

Remove the peel. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into two. Scoop out.

Prepare the filling : Heat butter in a pan. Put onions. Stir. Add all other vegetables, ketchup, salt and pepper.

Take scooped potatoes, divide the filling in 4 pieces of potatoes.

Brush potatoes from outside with melted butter. Place in a pre-heated grill for 4-5 minutes.

Dot with cheese spread. Serve hot.
