Boil your rice for 25 minutes

On a pot pour your cooking oil then chop your onion then pour it then let it cook with garlic and ginger paste for few minutes.

Then drain your rice and put it aside.

As the mixture is cooking the pour your lean beef and season it with the remaining spice and pour 1 cup of water to boil and cook.

Once it's cooked and starts to fry then check that the meat is soft and tender.

Then pour your 125ml of frozen veggies and let it cook just for 8 minutes stir and once it's Cook mix with your rice.

Then your briyani is cooked perfectly and ready to be served if it to hot then boil egg or have plain yogurt.

Mine was mild so there was no need for eggs and yogurt
