Steps

Take a wok...heat oil and add mustard seeds....till they crackle

Now add onions and fry till pinkish colour

Then add all chopped vegetables and stir fry them for 2 minutes

Add vermicelli and mix it well.

Now it's time to add salt and chilli powder

Add water and mix it well

Cover the lid and cook on sim flame for 4-5 minutes

When it cook..switch off the gas and keep it covered for few minutes...

Serve hot.
