Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsflour
  2. 1/2 litermilk
  3. 5eggs
  4. 50 gramsbutter at room temperature
  5. 80 gramsraisins
  6. 2 tbspRuhm
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1powdered sugar

  1. 1

    Mix the flour with the eggs , the butter and the milk in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of salt and keep stirring until homogeneous

  3. 3

    Add the raisins and the ruhm and stir well

  4. 4

    Heat a fry pan with a bit of butter. Pour the dough until it's 1 cm thick.

  5. 5

    Let it cook well both sides

  6. 6

    Break the dough in pieces using a fork. Let it cook a bit more,until golden

  7. 7

    Pour a bit of sugar on it,mix.

  8. 8

    Put the schmarrn in a bowl or a plate. Pour powdered sugar on it and serve!
