Melt butter in a pan, sauteé chicken with soy sauce until brown and set aside

In same pan, heat oil and sauteé onion, peppers and carrots for 2 minutes

Add chicken and pineapple to pan and cook 2 more minutes

Add chicken bouillon cube, ketchup and water and bring to a boil

Add dissolved cornstarch and stir until sauce thickens
- 6
Rectify seasoning, if it is too sweet for your taste, you can add an extra dash of soy sauce
