Ingredients

120 oz. bag Hashbrown Potatoes
1can Cream of Chicken soup
1stick Butter, melted (reserve 2 tbl. for topping)
8oz. Sour Cream
2cups shedded Cheddar
1med. Onion, minced
1med. red or green pepper, minced
2or 3 fresh Japeleno Peppers, minced
1 1/2cup crushed Cornflakes (add reserved butter and stir)

Mix all ingredients in large bowl except cornflakes.

Turn into 9" square glass dish sprayed with Pam

Spread cornflakes on top

Cook at 350° for 1 hr.
