Ingredients

  1. 120 oz. bag Hashbrown Potatoes
  2. 1can Cream of Chicken soup
  3. 1stick Butter, melted (reserve 2 tbl. for topping)
  4. 8oz. Sour Cream
  5. 2cups shedded Cheddar
  6. 1med. Onion, minced
  7. 1med. red or green pepper, minced
  8. 2or 3 fresh Japeleno Peppers, minced
  9. 1 1/2cup crushed Cornflakes (add reserved butter and stir)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl except cornflakes.

  2. 2

    Turn into 9" square glass dish sprayed with Pam

  3. 3

    Spread cornflakes on top

  4. 4

    Cook at 350° for 1 hr.
