This is the traditional authentic sweet of festive season in North indian region, made up of pure milk.
Steps

Put the whole milk in a heavy bottom large pan, give a boil.

With continues stirring reduce milk till it become at 1/3 of its quantity.

Take 2 sp of lemon juice added with 2 sp of water, mix in milk and left for 30 sec.

After that add sugar and with continues stirring dry well till it look like a loose dough.

Take a greased mold and pour it, tap 4 or 5 times, just to become set.

Leave for atleast 10 hours
- 7
De mold,cut the pieces.
- 8
Enjoy the festive sweets.
