All you need is. (if you prefer pork, use pork)

In a pan, heat up with oil add chicken/pork. Cook until the meat 50% cooked then add garlic.

When the meat is about 90% done. Add oyster sauce, dash of salt and sesame oil. Mix well and cook until it’s fully cooked.

Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of water and boil it until bubbly.

Rub the bowl with oil so the egg wont stick on it. Beat the eggs into a bowl and set it inside a large pot on water for steaming. Pour the boiling water into it.

Add the chicken/pork in the egg.

Close the lid and steam it for roughly 15-20 mins until the egg is cooked.

Ready to serve with red chili and spring onions.
