  8. 1-2 cups grated cheese
  9. 1 tbspMinced garlic
  10. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 °

  2. 2

Heat frying pan on the stove on medium -medium high. Sauté onions and bacon.

  3. 3

Mix together potatoes, broccoli and green onions in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.

  4. 4

In another bowl, pour in soup, milk, cheese, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix together. (Reserve cheese to sprinkle on top I'd desired)

Drain the bacon and onions (carefully ) when the bacon is nice and brown.

  6. 6

Pour bacon mixture evenly over the potato mixture.

  7. 7

Spread the soup mix on top of that, mix carefully if desired. Sprinkle more cheese on top if it pleases you.. more cheese only makes everything awesome.

  8. 8

Cover with tin foil and bake for an hour.
