  2. 8 smallred potatoes, about the size of an egg
  3. 3 tbspolive oil or melted butter
  4. 2 tbspfresh rosemary, snipped into bits
  5. 1 dashsea salt, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into quarters, pat dry

  2. 2

    Place in medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil

  3. 3

    Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes, stir to coat completely

  4. 4

    Arrange on cookie sheet, one layer

  5. 5

    Place in oven, bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden, and tender

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy.

  7. 7

    Goes great with steak, chicken, or anything you like.
