1/3 tspLiquid Smoke (Optional)
1/3 tspSalt
1/3 dashBlack Pepper
1/3 tspGarlic Powder
1/2Onion (chopped) Optiional
Gravy
1 packagesPioneere Brown Gravy Mix

In medium size bowl mix all the ingredents with the meat. Make patties. Should yeild 4 to 5 patties.

Mix gravy packet per directions. Cook gravy @ 10 mins before patties are done. You can either pour the gravy over the patties in a large bowl or serve separately.

NOTE: You can also do the patties on the grill.
