Ingredients

  • 2 largeRusset Potatoes
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/2 envelopePowder ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 tbspCreole seasoning or whatever season you prefer. Season to your liking

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Wash potatoes thoroughly

  3. 3

    Place greased foil onto a cookie sheet

  4. 4

    Cut potatoes how ever you like

  5. 5

    Place potatoes in a large bowl mix in olive oil, powder ranch and seasoning until potatoes are covered

  6. 6

    Place potatoes onto cookie sheet and put in oven for 30 minutes. Flip potatoes and place back in the oven for another 30 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
