Ingredients

  • 4limes
  • 1small can sweetened condensed milk (about 450 grams)
  • 1 2/3 cupsheavy cream (about 400 grams)
  • 7 ouncescookies (about 200 grams)
  • 1small glass milk or liqueur
  • 1little butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the cookies and mix with the milk and butter to make the crust. Spread it in the mold, pressing it slightly up the sides. Place in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Grate the zest of the 4 limes and set aside.

  3. 3

    Juice the limes and mix with the heavy cream (without whipping), sweetened condensed milk, and half of the lime zest using a whisk.

  4. 4

    Pour over the cookie crust.

  5. 5

    Garnish with the remaining lime zest and refrigerate. It's best to make it a day in advance.
