Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupQuick oats
  2. 1 cupSkim milk
  3. 2/3 cupBrown sugar or honey
  4. 2 mediumBananas
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 2 tbspCinnamon
  7. 2 tspVanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add the mashed bananas with the eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and brown sugar (mix well)

  2. 2

    After that, add the milk with the oatmeal and mix

  3. 3

    Put the mix on a pan and place it in the oven preheated at 350°F for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Let them cool and then cut into slices

  5. 5

    Yummmmmm
