Ingredients

  1. 75 gramsbulgar wheat
  2. 90 mlboiling water
  3. 1/2 tbspsoya sauce
  4. 90 gramsCashew nuts
  5. 50 gramssunflower seeds
  6. 1egg beaten *
  7. 1garlic clove minced
  8. 2 tbspmint sauce

Cooking Instructions

    In pan add boiling water soy sauce and bulgar wheat

  2. 2

    Remove and cover until liquid absorbed

  3. 3

    Grind cashews and sunflowers in blender

  4. 4

    In large bowl mix wheat, seeds, beaten egg, garlic and mint sauce

  5. 5

    Cover and chill in fridge for 4hrs

  6. 6

    Make thin burgers and fry until golden

  7. 7

    * can use flax egg-1tbls ground flax seed 3 tbls hot water.
