Preheat oven to 190C

Using a pizza wheel cut pastry into 1/2 inch wide ribbons

Wind around greased cream horn moulds, overlapping as you wind.

Add orange food colour to beaten egg, until you are satisfied with shade!

Brush pastry with coloured egg, place on wet baking sheet place in oven, cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked

Brush again with egg, return to oven for 2 minutes to set egg.

Place on wire rack to cool.

When completely cold stuff with either egg mayonnaise or squeezy cheese

Place 1 or 2 sprigs of parsley in top to resemble leaves.

Serve.
