  • 4Golden potatoes sliced and washed
  • 1/2diced onion
  • 1 1/2diced bell peppers red and green
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

    In a large skillet, add oil and potatoes and cook on med heat

  2. 2

    Add salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Stir and add onions and peppers

  4. 4

    Stir and cover. Cooking for an additional 10 min, stir often.

  5. 5

    You can add eggs, meats and cheese. These potatoes go great with many things. Enjoy!
