4Golden potatoes sliced and washed
1/2diced onion
1 1/2diced bell peppers red and green
salt and pepper
2 tbspvegetable oil

In a large skillet, add oil and potatoes and cook on med heat
2

Add salt and pepper
3

Stir and add onions and peppers
4

Stir and cover. Cooking for an additional 10 min, stir often.

You can add eggs, meats and cheese. These potatoes go great with many things. Enjoy!
