  3. 1 dashMilk
  4. 1/3 tspEach: Black Pepper, Garlic & Onion Powder
  5. Filler Options Already In Your Fridge
  6. 1 packagesEach: Sharp And Mexican 3 Cheese
  7. 1Jalapeños
  8. 1Green Onions
  9. 1Tomatoes
  10. 1Fresh Parsley
  11. 1Fresh Basil
  12. 1Fresh Mushrooms
  13. 1Fresh Spinach
  14. 1Bell Peppers
  15. 1Green Chiles
  16. 1Avacados
  17. 1Cooked Sausage, Ham & Bacon
  18. 1Salsa
  19. Fresh Fruit Options
  20. 1Cantaloupe
  21. 1Peaches
  22. 1Apples
  23. 1Bananas
  24. 1Papayas
  25. 1Strawberries

    Cut up all of your fruits into individual serving sizes and refrigerate. Also chop up all of your leftover vegetables.

    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings in as many separate bowls as you have guests. Have your guests add whatever fillers they desire to their egg mixture. Mix and cook their omelets as you typically would any other omelet.

  3. 3

    TO COOK: Pour the 4 egg mixture [with fillers] in a non stick pan on medium heat. Use more than one pan if you have it. Cook until omelet is bubbling and slightly hardened on the top. Ask guests if they want extra cheese and add it before you flip one side over the other to create a half circle. Serve with coffee, tea, salsas, hot sauces and fresh fruits.

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
