Preheat oven to 250°

Drizzle olive oil over ribs, rub on both sides. Season with salt & pepper.

Cook uncovered about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. In the last 1/2 hour, brush bbq sauce a couple times on each side.

For bbq sauce add about 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar to your favorite bbq sauce stir and brush on.
