Ingredients

  • 2Bell Peppers any color
  • 4Celery Stalks
  • 1Cucumber
  • 1Parsley Chopped
  • 4Green onions
  • 1Kale (optional )
  • 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 tbspWhite vinegar
  • 1McCormick Steak Seasoning or whatever seasoning you like
  • 3Cans any beans rinsed, I prefer organic black and kidney beans

    Chop all veggies up add vinegar, olive oil, and seasoning. Refrigerate overnight.
