Ingredients

  1. noodles and sauce
  2. 1/4 lbUdon noodles
  3. 14 ozbroccoli florets
  4. 1 tspcelery salt
  5. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 tbsplite soya sauce
  7. 2 tbsppork loin drippings
  8. thickener
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 2 tspheaping cornstarch
  11. 1/4 tspsalt
  12. 1 cupboiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Add noodles to pork drippings add 1 cup boiling water or bring water to boil

  2. 2

    Add salt and celery salt add garlic and broccoli let cook 7 minutes covered

    Add soya sauce stir well cook till boiling

  4. 4

    Mix water and cornstarch together well add to noodles stirring constantly till thickened

  5. 5

    Serve hope you enjoy
