Soak almonds in hot water for some time

Peel almonds and grind to a coarse powder.

In a pan put sugar and water and cook till sugar melts.

Add almond powder and cook till the mixture leaves pan.

Grease a thali, pour the mix and let it cool down

Now cut pieces and serve as desired

I served in paper cups garnished with pistachios
