Ingredients

  1. 6Chicken Legs with Skin on
  2. 1 packagesGinseng Herb / just 2 ginseng roots
  3. 4dried dates
  4. 16garlic cloves (tips are removed)
  5. 3 stalksspring onions (chopped)
  6. salt and pepper
  7. Dipping sauce 1
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspsesame seeds
  10. pinchblack pepper
  11. 1 tbspsesame oil
  12. Dipping sauce 2
  13. 3 tbspsoya sauce
  14. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  15. 1 tbsphoney/sugar
  16. chopped onions
  17. chopped green pepper (jalapeno)

Cooking Instructions

    You can get this kind of ginseng herb package in most Korean market.

    Put water in a pot and bring to boil. Then put the chicken in.

  3. 3

    Then, put herb in and simmer for 1.5 hr.

  4. 4

    Done. Serve with rice and dripping sauce.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
