  • 6Chicken Legs with Skin on
  • 1 packagesGinseng Herb / just 2 ginseng roots
  • 4dried dates
  • 16garlic cloves (tips are removed)
  • 3 stalksspring onions (chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • Dipping sauce 1
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsesame seeds
  • pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • Dipping sauce 2
  • 3 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1 tbsphoney/sugar
  • chopped onions
  • chopped green pepper (jalapeno)

Steps

  1. 1

    You can get this kind of ginseng herb package in most Korean market.

    Put water in a pot and bring to boil. Then put the chicken in.

    Then, put herb in and simmer for 1.5 hr.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
