This was my cousin's favourite dish when he was a child and since his mother can't cook now, I decided to make them for him.

This was my cousin's favourite dish when he was a child and since his mother can't cook now, I decided to make them for him.
Steps

Sift flower and in a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Beat the egg and add to the mixture. Mix well until fully integrated.

Add the milk and mix again. The batter should be a bit thicker than cake's.
- 4
Fry them until golden brown. You can do them ghe size you want although I suggest to make them about half a tablespoon big so ghey are not really big nor really small.
