Boil rice until cooked, strain and set aside.

Fry the onions and green pepper in a hot frying pan with the olive oil until light brown, then set aside.

Put the haddock in a pot, add the paprika and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes and then strain.

Flake the haddock with a fork into big chunks and de bone.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large pot over a meduim heat. Add salt and pepper. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes while on meduim heat.
