Ingredients

1 hour 10 mins
  1. 6over ripe bananas about 2 and a half cups
  2. 3/4 cuppacked brown sugar
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 2 cupflour
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  8. 1/2 cupchopped pecans optional
  9. 1/2 cupchocolate chips optional
  10. 2eggs

Steps

1 hour 10 mins
  1. 1

    Combine butter bananas sugar and eggs to mixer blend until well blended

  2. 2

    In a different bowl add flour salt baking soda and mix well

  3. 3

    Add dry mix to wet mix in mixer and add pecans and chocolate and vanilla

  4. 4

    Mix until flour is all wet then stop

  5. 5

    Pour into a greased baking dish I use a loaf pan

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes (until a tooth pick comes out clean)
