  1. 2 tbspsalt
  2. 2 tbspblack pepper
  3. 1 tspgranulated garlic
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1/2 tsppaprika
  6. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper

    Mix all together in shaker container with airtight lid.

    Sprinkle liberally on beef to be smoked.

  3. 3

    Smoke as you wish, enjoy! Save remainder for another time.
