First do roasting.

Roast all ingredients seperately. Dry spices till it starts showing aroma and chana dal till it becomes golden.

Now first grind chana dal. And using atta chakki make fine powder of it.

Let it get cool and store it in tight jar.

Use around 1 tbsp every time you make thick gravy. Chana dal will make gravy thick. And other will enhance flavour
