Chop up your celery and turkey bacon into bite size pieces

Heat olive oil in a medium pot. Add celery and turkey bacon

Stir frequently. Cook it for approximately 10 mintues on high, until your turkey bacon is cooked thoroughly and your celery is softened a bit.

Add corn, milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Reduce heat to medium and blend it all together.

After about 5 mintues, once the milk has absorbed abit into the mixture, raise the heat back to high and crack your egg right into the pot. Scramble it quickly so it blends evenly throughout.
