In a deep fryer, heat ur oil to 320°F, check with a frying thermometer .

In one bowl just butter milk, in an other bowl mix flour, paprika powder, Tony Chachere seasoning, and cornstarch mix well.

Dip ur onons one at a time in flour, then buttermilk, then back to flour. When the oil is at the right temp, drop away from u into the hot oil, cook untill a light golden brown color, dont over fry them.

They are crispy and delicious!!!!!!
